Mr. Complicated a.k.a. Mr. No Pressure

If you guys noticed with my previous blogposts, that I'm quite busy with my offs and been going back an forth to places catering fashion and more fun. It's because I'm openly sharing that I'm soo happy with what I have right now. I found myself satisfied with what I have which I didn't expect will happen at the first place. I was not expecting that things are falling on to right places. My desired, my dream, but as what I said it was partly handed right in front of me. Like my new Sun sim card. I refused. T.T But I ended up exchanging endless conversations using it.

Now yesterday was the first time I loaded this up to which I realized "Hey you Mr. Complicated! You are using SUN sim now! Can't you remember what you said to yourself before? You ought to only buy a new Sun sim when you're already focusing on 1 person! Of course especially when you're already in a relationship! Duh? <rolling eyes>" OK. That one I rememeber. T.T I JUST SIMPLY HAVE IT WITHOUT ASKING OR BEGGING FOR IT! (Like I used to insist before) X]

I actually don't have any plans of sharing my number til everything worked out and that I'm really really sure of committing myself to consider this as my forever sim...

Denim Boy

Just an F.Y.I. For you guys I have this PPS which means Prolonged Pissed Syndrome (it's just a term I made for myself to be better understood by some), which when I get pissed off I tend to engaged on a certain bad feeling for too long that the only cure is #1 sweetness (not food!) #2 give me space. In short term you may consider this as Tantrums or one of my temporary insanities! Call me brat I don't care. At least I'm upfront to my worst side. Any-who, earlier I told you guys about how pissed I was with my career as a Graphic Artist. It just keeps getting on my nerves. As much as possible I put a very fine line between my work as a G.A. And my passion in Fashion.

Going back to that PPS I'm saying. I'm the type who's very angelic and the sweetest guy you'll meet (Best describe as a puppy). But once you whore me out, show a devil and throw some attitude which I already have, I won't stand a chance and take my actions with it!(I turn into a beast.) If karma doesn't occur, I make Karma!
So I stayed for an extended vacation at Jaro's and didn't want to be bothered at anyone. It's like my mind if close but to relax and max out my time there. We separate ways in Greenbelt that day, while the rest headed home, me and Jaro took the opportunity to squeeze some of our look photos.

This is how I wear myself as a photographer. Light pieces so I could move freely but never leaves without accessories. Redundantly I wore my camera necklace to draw my message in this look.

I love the background here. I'll take it as a peg for my future looks!
 Feels San Franc here \m/

I feel twigged with this look especially with my short shorts as it emphasize my legs (which I semi-hate).
 Thank you Bunny! <3

Everything seemed to feel so lame that I felt I need to have a long rest. I was just kinda tired of walking around plus not enough sleep since the day before. So as I was not feeling myself after shoot we ate in Mcdo while waiting for his mom to pick us up.

It was Sunday, and I think this was my first time to come in Glorietta on a family day. Oh well, seeing Jaro, his mom and lil bro makes me feel at home as well. Kinda like a new home for me. I'll be going back and forth with them, so I'm kinda hitting his mom some chitchats for them to know me. Then along our drowsy way home we slam ourselves on the bed, rest for a while and prepared ourselves for a quick deep in the pool. (Which I will share to you guys after this blog.)

BTS: Fairytales Do Come True

It was Friday and I got pulled by Jaro for a shoot that he asked me to be his stylist, I already said that I need to save-up for our Baguio trip on the 9th of March but then he insisted that our model Gael, so that was a wow! So I guess it's an addition to my portfolio especially as a stylist and not as a photographer. But of course unexpectedly real shit happens with my work. I received a fucking Jollibee merch that I made me sooooo freakin' pissed because I was #1 I was carrying my entire wardrobe (almost) for a shoot, #2 I was planning not to come at work that morning, #3 it was the 1st time to see Bunny's friends and they waited for me from 6:30-11-ish. Like dafuq of ashame for keeping them waiting! X( SOOO NOT GOOD!

Skipping that shit scenario: After keeping Borgy waiting for me in the Mini stop along the streets of confusing Ortigas (because Jaro told me to join with him since his shift ends up by 10pm) we were both in Mini stop but in different spots. Just so funny with what happened in between. XD --> We rode a bus head to TriNoma to meet the rest and of course apologize for the long patience they spared.

It was just kinda awkward inside Gael's car because they kept on listening to Korean songs while I was trying to rest because I'm s drained that moment.

The next morning we ate breakfast and prepared ourselves for the shoot. I got to scattered everything on the place to pick up pieces that will embellish the Fairy theme we were supposed to be planning. I needed to be the Make-up artist in an instant and tried to apply what my sister does. And I just thought it's beyond me being an artist! But it was a success! XD LOL
 Lashious

 Success! XD
Tin is preparing herself from her quick shoot with Jaro, while Borgy seems to look odd at the back. XD
She just reminds me of some ***** that I'd rather not to mention. LOL XD

Great production = whole lot of mess.

I improvised a reflector using glass frames to highlight Gael's face because it was sinking from dims and shadows.
All hot and dusty we set an effort for the production and I look epic shit as a stylist slash muchacho. LOL. While waiting for Jaro x Tin shoot I thought of squeezing in some shots for my portfolio with Borgy as my model. That's a plus and he was pleased to help as well. Thanks Borg!
If it werent for my portfolio, I wouldn't pose myself here looking like a rugged doll! XD ROFL.

 Heat - hot
....and I also handed Gael some poses that I acquire when I pose as a model.
woot! hot biceps XD LOL
 Androgynously sexy!
 werq!
The feet that hurts. That dedicates. That will travel a long way. Bow!
Maximizing the spots I also served as the Art Director and Location Manager to make that "fantasy" come true. There were a lot of twigs, tall grasses, mountains on a partly drought landscape that reminded me of Folded and Hung's Summer collection last year as styled by Andre Chang. It was just so epic to shoot there! I felt it's a slam as a solely stylist and as Andre's counterpart. Yay! XD

Last props was popped both hands by Gael's sexy execution for that smoky effect. Then Jaro called it a wrapped under the scorching heat of the sun and safari ambiance along with quirky Tin's Japanese school girl outfit which is sooo cute! We closed it up with a BTS video that is so effin fierce and funny! XD Ooh I'm just so excited to see everything! Hoho! XD

When We were Young...

This what Jaro made for my pre-summer shoot with him a couple of weeks ago. Kinda delayed to share it with you guys, especially for those who still haven’t yet seen this. XD Just been overlyyy soooo busy with my work. But as much as I can, I update my blog from time to time. Anywhoooo! Enough of work! I really like what Bunny (as what I call him X3) did here with my photos. It’s like a coffee book and comes with a story. Oh he also did a BTS vid that I was sooooo crazy about because #1 it was my 1st time to share myself moving thru videos. XD Never uploaded a video of mine. I feel ugly + froggy voice with my vids. XD But it looks fine with Jaro’s work. Woot! Kudos to him! He’s making more vids nowadays so you guys better check his blog as well and get to know more bloggers like me!

The location is more of the prairie type that’s why I brought one of my summer outfits that best suited the place. Though my accessories weren’t complete without the straw hat, brown bag and fox tail, Real thanks to Jaro for letting me borrow his. :3 <3 I’m really excited to get my own fox tail when we get to Baguio!

Reviewing the editing Jaro did here: This is a fresh set for me because I’m fond of non-filtered photos to show better the details of my outfits. Plus I’ve never realized that a tall “me” can really look like a boy with some outfits. This is a good example I guess. XD I was kinda weary when Jaro told me I look like a boy. XD howgahd I stand 5’8 and seem to look sooo petite. XD
I really felt like we were just little kids playing dress-up in his place and then shoot. Oooh just to reminisce When We were Youngeverything is not so serious. >ω<” No pressure, no fuss, it’s all about fun fun fun! Now we do this because it’s one way to relieved from stress out of all the tasks we do and responsibilities we face each day. Oh well we’re all still kids at heart. <3
What I'm wearing: Denim polo, MOGAO | Neon V-neck, Top and Bottom | White Shorts, thrifted | Straw Hat, fox tail & brown bag, Jaro's | Blue flats, SM Dept. | Necklace, Oxygen | Belt, WADE | Neon watch, Saizen

Where it all began...

After all the load works I've been doing these days I finally sighed for relief. And what else to do, but to blog, blog, blog. I'm crazy thinking of what else to share with you guys. Well browsing photos in my phone had been an option to that moment of oddity. And I found this screen snap I took last Nov 2010 at my Lookbook site. I realized that I was then so child like oozing with excitement as I watch people hype my looks and appreciate how I dress. That was kinda shallow of me I know. LOL. But not saying now I'm still active with the site, I better known that all of it is not so important. But the thing to realized is how you interact and be yourself among others. Rising yourself from above the rest in your own way. I should say that I was once in the bottom before and an all time average not so so guy. But hey, I keep it going, and just do my thing. Not to say that I'm one of those top bloggers nowadays but I just wanna share my thoughts with how I got started til I got some progress and how I somehow inspired others too and at the same time I love what I'm doing now.

much love,
TLP

STYLEPHILE: Jaro Furosaki

The new world defines celebrity not only as seen on televisions, but better to take noticed that the young talents of today's generation are coming off from social networking sites creating noise and growing big on their own. As with regards of own skill that people keeps on proving their thing I have encountered a Fashion photographer who I considered one of my alter egos in the Fashion World. From Lookbook.nu Jaro to every blogs, he had been through many places at an early age and already established connections with his Japanese community as well as in the fashion industry. It's just infinite getting to know this guy. Limitless discussions regarding fashion and whatnot, I'm considering him as one of the 'must' to be known. if you guys remember my post earlier Jaroventures x TLP. I listed
down questions to better know my new fella. Getting to know 101:

1. What is your full name?
Mark Jaro F. Necesito

2. What do you really do? And what made you decide to pursue it?
I want to ace fashion photography and I've been practicing it since 2008. I was deprived on handling a camera when I was an 8 year old. I always wanted to handle and learn how to use that little clicking machine now that my dad gave me the opportunity to use a camera, I want to pursue everything that I have been wanting to do when I was an 8 year old.

3. Notable Achievements?
I've been featured in Stella magazine for XING Street Fashion Project. I've done numerous TV interviews regarding my fashion and my photography in Sky Cable Baguio's Mountain View. And the most memorable one is when I showcased my design for three priceless fashion shows in Baguio City.

4. How did you get into Fashion?
Fashion got interesting when I reached fourth year highschool. My friends gave me a make-over that would reflect my financial status so they decided to turn me all conyo from rags! LOL! So with my own expenses, they decided to hoard all the fashion boutiques in Glorietta and seeing my friends giving me a fashion makeover got me all inspired to research, live, and breathe fashion.

5. Describe your style.
I have recently penned my style since when someone asks me about what my style is called, I just tell them that I wear whatever it is that I feel like wearing. Now I call my personal style, preppy goth. Kinda like pop-punk when converted into music. I maintain my quirkiness even if the whole ensemble mirrors death and darkness. I hope this would stop people from calling my style J-fashion or KPOP and the most vexing of them all...cosplay.

6. Describe yourself in a way you can never imagine.
MILK TEA!!!!!!! I'm two in a body of one?? ROFL!

7. Who and what are your greatest influences?
John Galliano is a big influence for me when it comes to fashion alongside Vivienne Westwood, Tim Burton, and most especially, Lady GaGa. I salute these people for being so brave and never afraid of being grotesque and morbidly beautiful. I embrace the negativity as it is and learn how to turn them sanguine which I've learned from these famous icons that I adore so much.

8. In 5 easy steps or less how do you create/think of a look for a day?
First...I organize everything on my closet, from types, colors and tops to bottoms.
Second...I try 'em out at night so I can prepare it by tomorrow (if I'm I'll be running out of time from leaving early)
Third...if not then I'll spend 30 minutes mix-n-matching in front of a full body mirror or spending my time browsing lookbook.nu and fashion sites. once I'm all set
Fourth...I pick the shoes and accessories to match what I'm wearing. Styling!
Fifth...I make sure that every color matches another. I don't like wearing something that would leave alone one color, there should always be two so a color won't be outcasted. XDDDD

9. What do you think about the fashion scene in Manila? What do you love and hate the most where you live?
Lately, fashion and trendsetters have been so active, special thanks to Phil. Fashion Week and Lookbook! There's been countless fashion tribes now in Manila unlike before, you can only categorize people into three (generic, conyo, and kikay girls who follow Jolina Magdangal's every effin' look). I love the Philippines, international brands have been saving us from travelling out of the country just to get our favorite brands. We now have Forever21, Hermes, Payless, TOPSHOP and the upcoming UNIQLO from Tokyo! What I hate about the country is its tropical climate. But there's a cold-cold place where fashionistas can always run to, BAGUIO CITY!

10. What gives you goosebumps?
The most happiest people gives me goosebumps. I think they're very lunatic and uncontrollable when doing something bad. XD I'm a very morbid person to have goosebumps on something scary. : |

11. Where do you shop?
Most of the time, I do all my shopping in department stores and boutiques. I also frequent the thrift store once a month or even twice if my wallet feels lucky. I'm not a big fan of brands.

12. Why did you set-up a blog?
I made myself a blog as an online journal where I keep a log of my past, present and future. I love to share people how interesting my life is in words and photos and blogging is also my pick-upper.

13. Who takes your photos?
I don't have someone who takes my photos but usually they are my friends. I do wish to have a hangout buddy who would take photos of me and my travels. ^^ But I think I have one already ROFL! As a photographer, I'm always the one behind the camera. haha!

14th:
BAG PHILOSOPHY: I'm more of a backpacker and I love lugging around duffel bags on my shoulder

UNIFORM: Anything that's collared and short-sleeved would be my everyday look + I use to pair it with shorts but now I'm used to wearing denim jeans and cargo pants when I'm too lazy.

FAVORITE ITEMS: My timberland hiking boots and my metallic grey painted leather boots. These two are my most used, check out my lookbook as proof! LOL!

SHOE PHILOSOPHY: I love boots more than sneakers but if I were to have sneakers as a last resort, I'd get myself Supra's!

COLLECTION: I collect...headgears! Not just hats but anything that I can fit on top of my head. :3

I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT...a grape soda. :O

I'M CRAZY ABOUT...milktea!!!!!! *rage*

UNIQUE PIECES I HAVE: I love to edit my clothes when it gets boring and old, those that I reconstruct are my unique pieces.

MOTTO/MANTRA: "Age is just a number that counts the year you've been living."
